cup garlic Raw* Honey •sterilize a airtight glass jar. Fill a the jar with pealed garlic, slightly cracked.

•Pour honey over garlic

•Place jar in a dark place.

Open the jar every 3 days to release pressure.

Rotate the jar to keep the honey submerged.

•Ferment for 1 week to 2 months. Store in fridge once opened. *using raw honey ensures it’s safe for fermentation
