Calm Tea

First, take a deep breath and relax your shoulders if you can. I’ve made this tea a few times in the past few days, trying to cope the anxiety of the days outcome. Nothing is a miracle, but taking a second to pause in all of this has relived even just a bit of tension needed.

CALM TEA
1 part lavender buds
1 part rose petals
1 part chamomile
½ cup water
½ cup oat milk (or whatever milk you typically use)
1 spoonful honey
*optional: 2 drops vanilla, pinch of cinnamon, a few lavender buds

•Boil tea and milk, reduce and stir in honey.
•Let herbs steep for 7-10 min.
•Add vanilla, cinnamon, and a few lavender buds.
