Hibiscus and Rosehip Tea

Hibiscus and Rosehip Tea:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers

  • 1 tablespoon dried rosehips

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • Honey or stevia (optional)

Instructions:

Combine the dried hibiscus flowers and rosehips in a teapot or heatproof mug.

Pour boiling water over the herbs and let them steep for 10-15 minutes.

Strain the tea into a cup, separating the herbs.

Add sweetener like honey or stevia if desired.
