If you take nothing from this post, that's cool and all... but god dammit download this app!!This five minute journal helps build the habit of gratitude into your daily life, something I believe we can all give a teeny bit more of our attention to these days. By answering a few short questions at the beginning and end of every day, along with reading the quote of the day (huge quote girl here) I've learned to embrace a glass half full mentality, and have become more aware of catching my negative thought patterns in their slimy tracks.
