Add some apple cider vinegar if you would like. Salt can also be added. Gargle. Use this 1-2 times a day as needed. Or chew a few cardamon seeds for a quick breathe cleaning. Black tea and green tea polyphenols kill bacteria that causes bad breathe.

Drink a glass of warm water to kickstart your digestion and cleanse your system. Adding a dash of lemon or a teaspoon of honey can enhance its benefits.

Self-Massage (Abhyanga)
